Overview
The Lemosho Route is renowned for its excellent acclimatization opportunities and stunning scenery. Less traveled than other routes, it offers a serene ascent to the Shira Plateau.
Unique to this route is the option for groups to be accompanied by an armed ranger on the first day, due to the presence of wildlife such as buffalo and elephants around the Lemosho Glades.
With an impressive success rate exceeding 90%, this 8-day trek provides your body with ample time to acclimatize, significantly reducing the risk of altitude sickness. You’ll also enjoy more rest days before your final summit attempt.
